This package contains two components: TTimeProcessor and TChildProcess.
They are intended for differentiation of time necessary for processing any tasks.
TTimeProcessor (master) within a cycle, in turn gives time to each TChildProcess (slave).
For me these components were necessary to a send inquiries and then process the answers
from an external device (through Comm port) using various windows of the program.
